Marketing automation and CRM setup
Lead routing, follow-up sequences and CRM setup, so an enquiry gets a reply in minutes rather than whenever someone next opens the inbox.
Most businesses lose more leads to response time than to lead quality. An enquiry that waits until the next morning is competing against whoever replied in ten minutes, and no amount of extra traffic fixes that.
The work is joining things that already exist. A form on your site, a CRM, a notification that reaches a human, a follow-up sequence for the ones who do not reply, and a record so nobody wonders whether they were contacted. It is unglamorous and it is usually the highest-return thing in a marketing stack.
Where WhatsApp is the channel customers actually use, that gets wired in too, including the Business API and the routing behind it.

Questions
- We already have a CRM nobody uses. Can that be fixed?
- Usually, and it is cheaper than replacing it. CRMs get abandoned when they take more effort to maintain than they return. The fix is normally automating what people were entering by hand.
- Will this work with the tools we already pay for?
- That is the intent. I would rather connect what you have than add another subscription, and I will tell you when a tool is genuinely the wrong one rather than quietly working around it.
